Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes. Unified inbox, all messaging networks, all email providers, calendar, social feeds, and on-device AI — free forever. We make money from paid subscriptions, not your data.
What happens to my data?
Your messages stay on your device. Only the AI-processed summaries and patterns (Brain/RAG) sync to our servers, encrypted end-to-end. You can export or delete everything at any time.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. No lock-in. If you downgrade, you keep access to your data — you just lose the cloud AI features.
What's Agent-to-Agent?
When two people both use Dusky, their AI agents can communicate directly. Plan meetings, coordinate tasks, negotiate schedules — all automatically. You just approve the result.
What AI models do you use?
We route each task to the best model: Gemini Flash for lookups, Claude Sonnet for writing, Claude Opus for complex reasoning. This keeps costs low and quality high.
